Delivery & Shipping
How long will it take to get my stickers?
Our standard turnaround is approximately 3–4 working days. This includes production and shipping time.
I’m in a rush! Do you offer faster shipping?
We know sometimes you need things yesterday. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering. We’ll check our current production queue and do our best to squeeze you in for a faster delivery.
Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely. If you are local, you can select 'Collection from Office' at checkout to save on shipping costs. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! As soon as your stickers are out the door, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Design & Complexity
Do you offer internal cutouts?
Currently, we only offer outer contour cuts. We cannot cut out "inner" areas (like the hole in a doughnut or the middle of a letter 'O'). Any transparent or empty areas within your design will remain as part of the sticker material.
How complex can my sticker shape be?
While our Mimaki plotters are incredibly precise, we recommend avoiding overly intricate designs with sharp, thin points or tiny "floating" details. To ensure a clean finish and easy peeling:
● Stick to smooth, continuous outer paths.
● Avoid sharp "V" shapes (concave corners), as the blade can occasionally catch or
tear the vinyl.
● Keep paths simplified for the best results.
Do you offer large-scale vinyl for offices or branding?
Yes, we do! Beyond small stickers, we produce large-format wall vinyl and graphics perfect for business branding, office glass, or feature walls. Since these are often custom sizes, please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

Our store is powered by Shopify, meaning we accept a wide range of secure payment options, including:
