These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Stikk Ltd via www.stikk.co.uk.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are placed via our website.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed when we begin production of your custom stickers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where content is unlawful, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Custom Products & Returns

All products sold by Stikk Ltd are custom-made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Therefore:
● Custom sticker orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
● Refunds or replacements are provided only if items are faulty, damaged, or
incorrectly produced.
If you believe your order is faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

5. Artwork & Design Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:
● Spelling, grammar, layout and design accuracy
● Correct sizing and positioning
● Image resolution and quality
● Colour selection
● Cut line placement for contour or die cut stickers
We print exactly what is submitted through our online design and upload system.
While we may carry out a basic sense-check for obvious issues, we do not guarantee to
identify errors in artwork. Once an order is placed and approved online, it is considered final.

6. Colour & Cutting Tolerances

Please note:
● Colours may vary slightly between screen displays and printed output
● Minor colour variations are not considered faults
● Cutting tolerances of up to ±1–2mm may occur
● Slight shifts in alignment are not classed as defects
These are standard within the sticker printing industry.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:
● You own the rights to the content, OR
● You have permission to use it
Stikk Ltd is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

8. Production & Turnaround

Our standard production turnaround is 3–4 working days from order confirmation.
Working days are Monday–Friday excluding UK public holidays. Rush production, priority dispatch, or collection options may be available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Delivery

We dispatch orders via:
● Royal Mail
● Evri
Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on the selected service.
Stikk Ltd is not responsible for courier delays once orders have been dispatched.
If an order is lost in transit:
● We will initiate a claim with the courier
● Refunds or replacements will be issued in accordance with the courier’s claims
process and confirmation
We cannot issue refunds for lost parcels until the courier claim period has concluded.

10. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via:
● Shopify
● PayPal
● Apple Pay
● Google Pay
We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
We are not liable for:
● Indirect or consequential losses
● Loss of profits
● Business interruption
● Loss caused by incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters
● Industrial action
● Supply chain disruptions
● Courier failures
● Power outages

13. Website Use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or online sticker builder.
We may suspend or withdraw the website for maintenance or updates without notice.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
