Refund policy

At Stikk, every order is custom made to your design. Because of this, our returns policy is
slightly different from standard retail products.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Custom Sticker Orders

All of our products — including:
● Custom Stickers
● Contour Cut Stickers
● Die Cut Stickers
● Vinyl Stickers
● Wall Vinyl Graphics
are made to order based on the artwork and specifications you provide.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the
standard 14-day cancellation period.
This means:
❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind
❌ We cannot offer refunds for incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
❌ We cannot offer refunds for spelling or design errors once approved

When We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a replacement or refund if:
● Your order arrives damaged
● The print quality is faulty
● The item does not match the approved artwork
● We have made a production error

If you believe your order is faulty, you must:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos showing the issue
3. Include your order number

We may request the return of faulty items before issuing a refund or replacement.

Colour & Minor Variations

Please note:
● Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed output
● Minor colour differences are not considered faults
● Cutting tolerances of ±1–2mm are industry standard
● Slight alignment shifts are not classed as defects
If you are unsure about colours, we recommend ordering a small test batch first.

Delivery Issues

We ship using Royal Mail and Evri.
If your parcel is missing:
● We will open a claim with the courier
● Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost
● We must follow the courier’s official claims timeframe
We cannot issue refunds for missing parcels until the courier investigation has concluded.

Cancelling an Order

Because all items are custom printed:
● Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
● If you need to amend an order, contact us immediately after placing it
We cannot guarantee changes once files enter production.
